We are proud to present our new program “Le Diplôme de Sommellerie Le Cordon Bleu”, an integral component of gastronomy. In the culinary world, wine is an asset. Today, a carefully selected wine menu is important for the reputation of a restaurant. A sommelier who can recommend a selection of appropriate wine to complement dishes, is highly regarded and beneficial to the growth and success of an establishment.

TIMETABLE時間表
Theory classes and tastings are held in the morning from Tuesday to Friday unless otherwise indicated. 理論課程和品酒課程是在星期二至星期五的上午舉行,除非另有說明

The skills and knowledge of a sommelier are highly respected and transferable to many career paths. Opportunities are varied and numerous, and have been growing over the past 10 years. Le Cordon Bleu faculty consists of : Didier Edgard Allix, honorary president of La Compagnie des Jurés-Experts Piqueurs de Vins de Paris, broker, expert to the Court of Appeals of Paris, and jury member of national and international competitions, Yves Chapier, Maître Sommelier and Président des Sommeliers de Champagne-Ardennes, Chefs and experts from Le Cordon Bleu international team. TUITION學費
The total tuition for this program is 13,500€ which includes the registration fee, field trip transportation, visits, lunches and dinners during visits, lodging in Bordeaux as well as the student uniform. DRESS CODE著裝

Courses take place at Le Cordon Bleu Paris school as well as the Compagnie des Courtiers-Jurés Expert Piqueurs de Vins de Paris, an association that was created in the 14th century, located at 5 ter rue du Port aux Lions 94220 Charenton-le-Pont.
